Ken Huffman co-founded Southland Property Tax Consultants, Inc. in 1987.  He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Huffman is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and National Association of Realtors, and a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and HUD approved Appraiser.  He has over 30 years of experience in the appraisal of residential, apartments, commercial, industrial and special purpose properties. Huffman has been an instructor in real estate valuation at Texas Christian University and Tarrant County Junior College, and taught appraisal courses for the greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors.  He has provided testimony as an expert witness in County Court, District Court and Federal Court.

Huffman's primary role at Southland is as a Valuation Analyst.  In this position, Huffman leverages his expertise to manage real property appeals and resolution services.
