Joseph "Jody" Briggs has 16 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.  His professional appraisal experience includes valuation of commercial real estate for various clients, including commercial banks, insurance companies, municipalities, federal agencies, estates, REITs, and investors.  Briggs has also given professional testimony in United States Federal Bankruptcy Court.

Brigg's tax consulting expertise includes special purpose properties such as religious facilities, restaurants, quick-lubes, automobile dealerships, convenience stores, parking structures, golf courses, multi-family apartment complexes, office buildings, medical buildings, industrial manufacturing facilities, retail shopping centers, and residential subdivisions.

Briggs graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1992 where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Briggs is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and its Central Texas Chapter, is certified by the State of Texas as a General Real Estate Appraiser, and is a licensed Property Tax Consultant.
