Turney graduated from Texas Christian University in 1983, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as a Senior Property Tax Consultant. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), certified as a General Real Estate Appraiser by the State of Texas, and is licensed as a Texas Real Estate Broker. Turney has prepared appraisals for mortgage loan purposes on a wide variety of real estate, specializing in commercial and industrial properties. |
