Chris Copeland is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as a Property Tax Consultant.  His primary role at Southland is as a Valuation Analyst for commercial property.

He has experience with an assortment of commercial property types including industrial warehouses, shopping centers, multi-family apartment complexes, office buildings, retail, and various other classes of property.

Copeland graduated from the University of North Texas where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. Prior to joining Southland Property Tax Consultants, Inc., Copeland worked for the Tarrant Appraisal District and Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
