Position:
Location:
- Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting finance or real estate
- Designation by TDLR as a Senior Property Tax Consultant preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle responsibility
Duties:
- Travel to client's property to review site
- Learn database software
- Research property tax issues
- Analyze assessment notices and determine potential assessment reductions
- File appeals
- Informal and formal presentation before the appraisal district or appraisal review board
Work Hours:
- Office hours of 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Estimated weekly workload is 40 -55 hours
